Through the investment of the Mansour Group, we’ve been able to bring our unique academy model to Egypt in 2022. Scheduled to open in Q3 of 2023, our new residential academy located in Badya, West Cairo will feature cutting-edge facilities, residential and educational buildings.

The Academy offers aspiring young talents from Egypt an opportunity to unlock their potential on and off the pitch.

Our student-athletes receive elite-level football training, complemented with a structured academic curriculum in accordance with the Egyptian national curriculum, and a character development program that instills important life skills and values. The holistic approach ensures our student-athletes receive a well-rounded education alongside their football development.

And while the academy construction is still on going, our journey in Egypt has already started. Following an extensive talent scouting process that saw us evaluate over 50,000 young talents across the country over two years, we partnered with 39 student-athletes aged between 10 and 16, representing the first-ever class of Right to Dream Academy, Egypt.

And that’s not all. We’re also committed to empowering young female talent in the region. That's why we're excited to announce our plans to establish a residential girls' academy in Egypt, providing a safe and supportive environment for girls to pursue their dreams on and off the pitch.

Together, we believe in empowering the next generation of female leaders, athletes, and change-makers in Egypt and beyond.

“We’re very excited to be bringing Right to Dream to Egypt. Through the investment and the support of the Mansour Group we will have a positive influence on the future development of young men and women Egyptian footballers through our purpose-driven approach.”
